Courtney graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbus State University in 2016, earning her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Religious Studies in 2010 from Brewton-Parker College. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (IMH15473). Courtney has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, most recently facilitating psychosocial rehabilitation groups and substance abuse groups while a graduate student in Georgia. Courtney is passionate about seeing people reach their fullest potential by overcoming fear and bravely pursuing a life of freedom, creativity, and vitality. She believes a healthy lifestyle involves healing, strengthening, and pursuing wholeness in all elements in one’s life: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social. She is an avid fan of self-effacing humor, Star Trek, and funny cat videos.
